High-tech weaponry and explosive action burst onto the screen in the follow-up to the original action-packed thriller. Fresh from the success of his last renegade recruitment, Agent Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson) once again finds himself in need of a rebel with a cause. He finds it in the form of Darius Stone (Ice Cube) who he also code-names xXx. Like the previous xXx, Stone has a criminal record with attitude and the combat skills to match. The ultimate showdown begins when Gibbons and his new agent must track down a dangerous military splinter group - led by George Deckert, played by Willem Dafoe - that is conspiring to overthrow the U.S Government.
