A youth movie dealing with universally recognisable themes and feelings. Assembled as a kaleidoscopic collage, the film follows a group of real teenagers through their daily rounds of skipping school, fighting, drug smuggling, mutual masturbation, body modification and searching for the perfect place to commit suicide.

Mrs Brown, Her Majesty

Excellent drama for which Judi Dench won a BAFTA for best actress. The story traces the events which happen to Queen Victoria after the death of her beloved husband, Prince Albert. She was so grief-stricken that she locked herself away to mourn. No-one could coax her out of her state of abject misery until a riding partner of her husband, ghillie John Brown, arrives on the scene. Soon the two of them begin to share an affection for one another but Victoria bows to pressure and returns to her public duties.

Hoping Foundation Concert, The

On 16th October 2004, some of the biggest names in alternative music played a benefit concert for the Hoping Foundation, a charity set-up to help the impoverished Palestinian people. The concert saw Nick Cave, Primal Scream, Spiritualized and Steve Mason (Beta Band) play to a sell-out crowd at the London Brixton Academy.
