The POWs have taken advantage of the insecurities of the camp Commander and have acquired considerable influence over the running of the camp, they have a chef and even a sauna! However underneath this holiday camp fa?ade the prisoners have a serious purpose, to aid the Allies by acts of sabotage and by passing on intelligence garnered from the incompetent Germans.
