
The computer-generated animation series, shown on Channel 5 comes to DVD, with all 40 episodes included. The story is based on the Arthurian legend, where King Edwynn, before he dies, entrusts the magical Xcalibur, the Sword of Justice, to Prince Erwann instructing him to hide it in an underground lake. Upon his return, Erwann is turned to stone by the evil sorcerer and demon, Kwodahn. His young daughter, Princess Djana, witnesses this and vows to free her father and defeat Kwodahn, restoring peace and justice to the land. She has help in the form of a handsome apprentice magician called Herik, a fire-breathing miniature dragon known as Wip, and the free-spirited barbarian Tara. Djana recovers the Sword of Justice and determines to fulfil her mission...
