Chon's estranged father is murdered by a Chinese rebel who then escapes to England. Chon and Roy travel to London followed by Con's sister, Lin, who has the same idea. When Lin uncovers a plot to murder the royal family, no one will believe her. With the help of an Inspector from Scotland Yard and a ten year old urchin, Chon is determined to avenge his father's death while at the same time keeping Roy away from his sister.
