Big Eden

Henry (Arye Gross), is a middle-aged artist who has found fame and wealth in New York City, who heeds the call to return to his small northwestern Montana hometown after his grandfather (George Coe) is felled by a stroke. Whilst in Montana, fate thrusts Henry into a meeting with his best buddy from high school, the recently-divorced Dean (Tim McKay), who has returned to rear his two young sons with the aid of his parents. Dean, the object of Henry's unrequited love, is the reason that Henry left Montana twenty years ago. Over the intervening years Henry's feelings seem to have grown stronger. At the same time, Henry's reappearance sparks a transformation in Pike Dexter, the shy Native American owner of the town's general store. Pike is surprised as anyone that he has fallen in love with Henry. As this unspoken triangle unfolds under the scrutiny of Big Eden's community, nearly everyone develops a stake in its outcome.
