Yoga for Pregnancy and Childbirth with Nerissa is designed for women with little or no experience of yoga after the third month of pregnancy. More and more yoga is helping women to prepare for and relax during pregnancy. Disc 1 - Aims to assist in the relaxation of pregnant women from their three month check right up to the childbirth itself. Disc 2 - Assists the new mother in practicing valuable yoga techniques following their six week check-up with their doctor.
