Three films. Kalifornia - A psychological suspense thriller. A young couple researching serial killers for a thesis pick up a drifter, who has murdered his landlord, and his girlfriend. Together they travel coast to coast on a killing spree. Misery - When a blizzard sends his car off the road, author Paul Sheldon is taken in and cared for by his 'Number One Fan', Annie Wilkes. But when she hears he plans to kill off her favourite heroine in his next book, her obsession takes a horrifying turn and they become locked in a chilling fight for survival. Based on a book by Stephen King and winning an Oscar for Kathy Bates. Shallow Grave - Juliet, Alex and David are looking for a flatmate. Ideally they would like someone young, charming and affluent, like themselves. Hugo seems just perfect and moves in. But the next day they find him dead with a suitcase full of money under his bed. What should they do? Should they keep the money and get rid of the body? A difficult dilemma!
