Prokofiev - Peter And The Wolf/ Ravel - L'enfants Et Les Sortileges

Two ballet recordings based on the music of the French composer Maurice Ravel and the Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev. Both works are vastly different but the means used by the Nederlands Dans Theater and the Royal Ballet School to differentiate the works and bring them to life make a fascinating artistic experience. Peter and the Wolf stars David Johnson in the title role of Peter and the orchestra is conducted by Paul Murphy.
