Life seems to be improving for Alan Partridge in the second series of the popular programme. He has spent a couple of years being 'clinically fed-up' and has returned to form. His home life has been given a lift with a new house being built to his own specifications and a new girlfriend. His job too has improved at Radio Norwich where he now has the third-best slot.
