When he is reported killed Sara is treated like a servant by the spiteful headmistress and can only cling to the hope that her father will one day return. In 'Little Lord Fauntleroy' (1936) Freddie Bartholomew plays young Cedric Erroll, the Brooklyn boy who finds out that he is the long-lost heir to a fortune in England. Sent to stay with the frosty Lord who has been looking after the trust, Cedric soon warms his heart with his good nature, while having to prove himself against the local kids in the neighborhood.

Relative Values

Excellent adaptation of Noel Coward's original production in which he satirised the British post-war classes. Dame Julie Andrews makes a triumphant return to the screen in this wickedly funny portrayal of the English upper classes.
