When yakuza Anjo disappears without warning, along with a prostitute and one hundred million yen, loyal but psychotic, hitman Kakihara takes it upon himself to lead the search employing various methods of torture, mutilation and murder as a means to an end. Ichi The Killer (Anime) - This anime release features the unique story of Ichi's childhood. Bullied at school and tormented by his parents at night Ichi develops serious masochistic tendencies. This explicit and controversial story shows Ichi as he proceeds over the edge of normality into a dangerous and sadistic state of mind.

After a painful estrangement from his daughter, boxing trainer Frankie Dunn has been unwilling to allow himself get close to anyone for a very long time. All this is set to change with the arrival of Maggie Fitzgerald. Maggie has remained focussed and has pushed herself forward on the back of her raw talent. She wants someone to believe in her, but he isn't keen on the responsibility or the potential risk involved. Finally he is won over by Maggie's sheer determination and he begrudgingly agrees to take her on. Their working relationship proves to be exasperating and inspiring by turns. Steadily they come to discover that they share a common spirit that transcends the pain and loss of their pasts and they must find the courage to face reality. At the Academy Awards 2005, the film won an Oscar (R) for Best Motion Picture Of The Year, Hilary Swank won for her Performance By An Actress In A Leading Role, Morgan Freeman won for his Performance By An Actor In A Supporting Role and Clint Eastwood received the award for Achievement In Directing.
