American Chopper - Part 7 - Fire Bike

Paul Teutul Sr. and his sons, Paul Jr. and Mikey are back along with old and new faces, as Orange County Choppers expands to meet the demand for the sickest custom motorcycles around. Follow this creative, yet explosive team as they battle tight deadlines (and each other!) to come up with innovative ways to take motorcycle design and fabrication to the next level. After a visit to a Florida 'gator farm to wrestle these amazing reptiles and enjoy the winter sun, it's back to the cold reality of winter in New York. Paul Jr. starts to design a custom chopper to honour New York City's greatest heroes its firemen and women. As the deadline approaches, progress on the Firebike does not proceed as quickly as Paul Sr. would like and his temper flares fortunately Paul Jr.'s creative struggles are solved after a visit to a local fire station.

In his time between adventures, The Black Mask has become very well known, but his identity has always remained a secret. He must now work to prevent a group that intends to set off a DNA bomb that would turn the metro area's population into monstrous mutated beasts. The group behind this nasty scheme includes a wrestling promoter and four professional wrestlers, who have the ability to turn into hybrid beast/human forms. Their goal is to ultimately replace humans with these dangerous new hybrids.

Movie Lover's Guide To Film Language, A

The program consists of a general introduction to film language and five 'lessons' covering the major elements of cinematic language: Lighting, Camera, Mise En Scene, Sound and Editing. For each of these lessons there is a short overview to introduce the lesson and its film clip, which consists of an 'original clip' of a scene from a classic film. This is followed by an 'instructional clip' that shows the same scene again but with synchronized voice-over commentary about the use of film language it illustrates. The movie scenes come from recognized film classics such as: Carol Reed's 'The Third Man' (Lighting), Buster Keaton's 'The General' (Camera), Fritz Lang's 'M' (Mise en scene), Sergei Eisenstein's 'Alexander Nevsky' (Sound), and Alfred Hitchcock's 'Sabotage' (Editing). This program is interactive allowing students to go directly from the introduction, to any of the five lessons, to supplementary information about the classic films or to the glossary of film terms used in the program.
