Brotherhood Of The Wolf : short review
In the year of our Lord 1764, the rural area of Gevaudan lay under siege by a beast, a wolf of possibly supernatural origins, who had already killed sixty women and children. To stop the slaughter, the King of France sends two men, investigator Gregoire de Fransac and his enigmatic I Iraquois Indian associate Mani, to find the creature and kill it. But all is not what it seems in Gevaudon and the pair are about to be embroiled in a disturbing conspiracy involving the Royal Court and the Vatican in a mysterious brotherhood with a beast from the depths of hell itself.
