Fishing With Experts - For Trout

The art of fly fishing is one genre of angling that really can be considered an artform. When fly fishing we are attempting to fool one of nature's wilier fish... the trout... into believing that a presented imitation is a food source, familiar to them in their own environment. A fly is created to imitate natural insects or grubs using various materials feather, fur, or similar and within its construction is concealed a hook. This tiny artificial is floated or sunk to a required depth and in the right hands becomes a lethal weapon in the pursuit of trout. The lure is another story tied using the same method as an imitative pattern but incorporating bright flashy materials. Not generally produced to represent a food item, these are designed more to appeal to the aggressive side of the trout's nature. In this programme we'll see Simon using both methods but first we get stuck in at the deep end of fly fishing with the shallower, fast flowing water of the River Torridge in Devon. Here Simon wades in the pursuit of the natural brown trout and then in complete contrast we take to a boat on Chew Valley to show what is available in the greater depths of a reservoir or lake. Without doubt one of the UK's best fly fishing instructors Simon Gawesworth has filled roles as both an England International and the team manager and coach. Here's an excellent opportunity to watch, listen and learn from a maestro doing his thing on both river and reservoir. Introduction by Liam Dale.

A Human Reaction - Crichton returns home through a wormhole and meets his father. Through the Looking Glass - Moya's attempt at piloting ends in disaster when an abrupt stop sends the crew flying. As they recover from the shakeup, the crew finds that Rygel is missing, and after Aeryn and D'Argo disappear as well, Crichton thinks he may have found the key to unlocking this bizarre mystery. A Bug's Life - Special commandos come on board the ship when a fuel leak forces them off their own vessel. Bringing aboard a mysterious unmarked crate, the commandos reveal to Aeryn and Crichton that their mission is to deliver this mysterious parcel. However, when Rygel discovers that this crate contains a deadly parasite that could take over the ship the commandos must team up with Moya's renegade crew to recapture it.

AAR PAAR: This is the story of Kalu, a former taxi driver, who is released from prison after a speeding offence. Follow his journey after finding himself homeless, finding love and also finding himself involved in a planned Bank robbery. BASANT: Minakshi(Nutan) is the daughter of a wealthy man (Rai Bahadur) and her wealth has made her an arrogant, spoilt and wilful girl. She wants to marry Rajesh (Pran) but her father does not agree to the marriage so she escapes from her father's house and heads to Mumbai to meet Rajesh.She then meets Ashim (Shammi Kapoor), who helps her escape the police who are searching for her and asks him to help her reach Mumbai. They are mutally attracted to each other and by the end of the journey to Mumbai they are hopelessly in love. They decide to prove their love by staying apart for a month. During that month, her father announces her marriage to Rajesh.Does Ashim meet Minakshi again and will they get married? LAKHON KI BAAT: Freelance photographer, Alok Prakash, whilst photographing a womens' hockey match, is hit by the puck and ends up in hospital. His brother-in-law, a lawyer called Prem Sagar decides to capitalise on this accident and decides to sue Alok's employer for a large sum of money, so that they can live in comfort for the rest of their lives. He explains his plan to Alok and asks the rest of the family to go along with this charade, with hilarious results, that will change their lives forever.
