Education Of Little Tree

Based on the best seller by Forrest Carter, this enchanting story tells of an eight year old boy who, after the death of his parents, is sent to live with his Native American grandparents. His grandfather introduces him to the traditions of the Cherokee people and how to respect and use nature for survival. A short time afterwards, however, 'Little Tree' as he has become known is taken away to a boarding school and must adapt to terrible upheaval all over again.
